They understand hair and how it grows naturally to me so I look natural and pretty all the time. Gone are the days of looking like a drowned rat or an extra in Hairspray because my hair couldn't handle the weather. I walk in the rain, wind, snow and heat and while it looks different than what it did when I left the house, it looks great! It falls and settles in to my hair's natural growth pattern. And, gone is the "awkward stage" which requires a hat or umpteen products to bandaid me through to the next visit. And speaking of visits, they're not every 4-6 weeks which makes their service extremely cost-effective. Simply put, I can't afford not to go.
